Starting in mid 2003, Booz Allen worked with the Banking Technology department at the Saudi Arabian Monetary Agency (SAMA) to develop the technical and business strategies to create a centralized Electronic Bill Presentment and Payment (EBPP) entity for the Kingdom, this cooperation resulted in having SADAD Payment System up and running on October 3rd 2004.

Hewlett Packard-HP (BPO Support):

Hewlett-Packard (formerly Atos Origin Middle East) was chosen by SAMA to build SADAD Payments System. Following on the successful implementation, Hewlett-Packard (AOME) was also awarded the Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) contract to operate SADAD in order to reach the market faster and manage the balance of risks, costs, and capabilities.
