Starting from the year 2002, Booz Allen worked with the Banking Technology department at the Saudi Arabian Monetary Agency (SAMA) to develop the technical and business strategies to create a centralized Electronic Bill Presentment and Payment (EBPP) entity for the Kingdom, this cooperation resulted in having SADAD Payment System up and running on October 3rd 2004.
