ISO 9001:2008 is a system that provides number of requirements that will help SADAD to achieve customer satisfaction through the services provided by SADAD which meets the customers’ expectations. It also includes requirements for continuous improvement of the quality management system. The scope of the Certificate includes all SADAD processes and procedures.

The BSI certification is accredited by the United Kingdom Accreditation Service (UKAS).
