Al-Elm Information Security “Al-Elm” joined Sadad on June 7, 2010 and by this accession all beneficiaries can pay their memberships and fees for services through SADAD through all the available banking channels in the kingdom. Al-Elm Information Security “Al-Elm” is a national company owned by the Public Investment Fund (PIF), the investment arm of the Saudi Ministry of Finance, and it works to build the largest national system for secure e-business services. It has already produced more than ten unique services in the e-Government field.
