
SADAD Payment System participated in the Third Forum of the Series of The Successful Management Practices that was held by The Arab Administrative Development Organization in The Republic of Lebanon- Beirut on 12-13 May 2009, where Mohsen AlZahrani the Business Development Manager Introduced the payment system experience and its role in developing the public service in Saudi Arabia and all the achievements that has been accomplished in developing private and governmental payment methods. The participation of Saudi Arabian Monetary Agency, represented in SADAD Payment System in this forum was a response from the invitation of the Arab Administrative Development Organization to present this experience which contributes to support and exchange the successful management practices among the Arab countries and raise the administrative awareness as well as supporting the administrative reform policies adopted by all the Arab countries .
ARADO was established in 1961, as a specialized organization affiliated with the League of Arab States, to assume the responsibility of promoting administrative development in the Arab region. ARADO’s strategy stems from the joint Arab economic strategy to enhance socio-economic development through enriching management knowledge and practices, and increasing the efficiency of Arab administration in various development sectors. ARADO is conceived as the major pan-Arab cooperation panel in various fields of administrative development. It plays a leading role in institutional development in the Arab world. The organization’s financial resources consist of annual contributions of member states according to quotas established by the League of Arab States, annual membership fees of national and regional organizations, capital investments, and income from consultancy and other services, donations and Grants.
