Modon, the Saudi Industrial Property Authority (formerly Saudi Organization for Industrial Estates & Technology Zones) joined SADAD payment system on 9 may 2009, to collect services fees easily and quickly across all bank channels in various parts of the Kingdom, as the Authority aims through this engagement to raise the level of service and facilitate the payment of fees.

Modon is responsible for developing and supervising industrial lands in the Kingdom. Modon's mission is to undertake, as an independent public agency, the regulation and promotion of Industrial Estates and Technology Zones in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia on both public and private industrial lands; and to encourage the private sector to become involved in the development, operation and maintenance of Industrial Estates and Technology Zones.

Modon was created by the Government of Saudi Arabia in 2001 when a legislation was passed to set up the Saudi Industrial Property Authority (Modon).  Modon has since been actively working with the government and other agencies toward a Saudi development vision for the 21st century.
