AlQassim Province Municipality joined SADAD on 31 January 2009 to enable its customer to pay service fees and irregularities easily and quickly across all bank channels in various parts of the Kingdom in order to achieve the highest level of services to citizens and reduce the number of procedures.

AlQassim Province Municipality provided the community complete Social activities that met with the citizens nesecary needs and demands. It also provided the region a full range of services that include but are not limited to: Organization and coordination of the town according to a regulatory scheme adopted by the competent authorities, managing the Licensing of construction and buildings, Prevention of environment health within the city, Controlling foodstuffs and consumer goods, authorization to engage in trades and professions, expropriation of real estate and property for public, and the encouragement of cultural and social activities as well as sports.
