Ministry of Labor joined SADAD Payment System on 17 January 2009, to enable the beneficiaries pay for Non-Saudi Business Licenses easily and quickly across all bank channels in various parts of the Kingdom, as the Ministry aims through this engagement to raise the level of service and facilitate the payment of fees.

The mission of the Ministry of Labor in contributing to the building of modern Saudi Arabia through the optimal use of labor for the advancement of the national economy and the achievement of comprehensive development. The functions of the Ministry of Labor forms in a number of things: the organization of the labor sector and the modernization of its legislation to meet the evolving needs of labor market In the light of social and economic developments within  the framework of preserving the rights of the parties to contribute in the production and encouragement of foreign investments, contribute to the development of manpower through the education, vocational and technical training, organization of foreign workers in the Saudi market, strengthen the partnership and regional and international cooperation, and work to provide employment opportunities for the saudis as well as participation in human resource development projects.
