Cadre Economic Cities joined SADAD on the 15th of September allowing developers and investors in the Economic Cities pay Human Resources services fees offered by Cadre through the different payment channels.

Cadre is the human capital development arm of SAGIA (Saudi Arabian General Investment Authority) to develop and deploy a human capital strategy in the Economic Cities. The scope of Cadre's responsibility includes developing a state-of-the-art education infrastructure (K-12, vocational/technical training, higher education); it also includes the screening, training and availing of highly qualified "employable" talent to meet the needs of the developers and investors in the Economic Cities.

Cadre builds strategic partnerships with investors to understand their business needs and required skills, then designs training and development programs through world class training facilities to develop a globally competitive Saudi workforce.
