Ministry of Commerce and Industry (MOCI) system has Joined SADAD recently on April 5, 2008 where the ministry aims to raise the standard of services, and facilitate the payment of fees, across all banking channels available in various parts of the Kingdom.

In view of the fact that using the commerce electronic techniques and the optimization investment of these techniques is so important , The Ministry initiated the formation of a permanent technical committee for electronic-commerce aimed to follow developments in the field of electronic commerce and take the necessary steps to keep pace with these developments and benefit from international experiences in this area,  Identification of necessary needs and requirements to take advantage of electronic commerce techniques and practical applications in the Kingdom and conscription to serve the national economy as well as the coordination with the concerned authorities in this regard and acceleration of the practical steps .
