Eastern Province Municipality joined Sadad on 12 Nov 2007 to enable its customer to pay service charges and irregularities and to achieve the highest level of services to citizens and reduce the number of procedures.

Eastern Province Municipality core mandate include cover preparing variant touristic sites in the whole cities in the area, also its dependent coasts, and that is through establishing programs for visitors like cleaning, maintaining and equipping gardens, yards, parks and benches in those sites, also they distribute workers in groups to reach high services.
