Holy Makkah Municipality joined Sadad on June 25, 2007 to enable its customer to pay service charges and irregularities and achieve the highest level of services to citizens and reduce the number of procedures.

 Municipality core mandate is to prepare inclusive and detailed plans for Holy Makkah, maintenance supervision of all municipal facilities, maintain the appearance of Holy Makkah plus establishing gardens, parks and organizing them. As well as collecting and (developing, improving) municipal revenue, improving it and submitting the fines regulation for violators.

 Holy Makkah Municipality is the first e-government project in Saudi Arabia, Where its electronic services started since (1423h) and it achieved major development steps in this filed.
