
Banque Saudi Fransi and Riyad Bank have joined SADAD on the 6th of July 2005 which enables account holders in both banks to use banking channels to pay their bills through SADAD, while non-account holders became able to pay through branches and Cash Acceptance Machines.
The Banque Saudi Fransi was established as Saudi Joint Stock Company in June 4, 1977. It is affiliated with Calyon of France, which owns %31.1 of the bank capital. Calyon bank, which was the first bank established in France, is one of the leading members in Crédit Agricole bank group, and considered to be one of top seven financial institution in the Euro area in terms of total shareholders equity.
